In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for spring onion sabzi recipe. Onions are an integral part of Indian cuisine. Spring onion is also included in Indian food in many ways. We make Spring onion curry, salad, thalipattu, bajji, and many more. In north Karnataka, farmers used to pluck Spring onions from farms and have them as a salad for their lunch along with Roti and rice. My grandma used to make a very traditional style of Spring onion curry and it tasted heavenly yum along with Chapati or roti. I learnt this recipe from her. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.
Serve it hot with Chapati or Roti. You can even have it with rice. I just love the taste of it. It feels homely. I pack it as a lunch box for my husband. He too loves it. Do give this recipe, a try. I am sure you will love it. If you like the recipe, Please share it with your friends and family.
