Hasi khara recipe

In today’s blog, I will share North Karnataka and Maharashtra’s famous Hasi Khara recipe, or Thecha recipe with peanuts. Since, childhood my mom has been making this chutney in our home every week. It’s a blend of green chilies and some roasted peanuts. The crunchy and spicy feeling of chilies is just so tasty. It’s like a must-have side dish for jowar roti. After getting married, I prepared this hasi khara and served it to my husband. Since then, it’s been a must-have side dish for my husband too. Even I love it so much.

Whenever I feel bored of cooking, I just grab a rotti and enjoy it with hasi Khara and some curd. You can also carry it while you are on vacation with your family for emergencies along with dried jowar roti. It hardly takes 5 minutes to prepare it. Now, without any delay, let’s jump into the recipe.
