Beetroot soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 bay leaf
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1 cardamom
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup carrot, diced
2 cloves
1 cup beetroot, diced
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lemon
1 glass water
one tbsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions with images
Add 1 tbsp ghee
Add 1 bay leaf, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 2 cloves, and 1 cardamom
Next, add 1 small diced onion
Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and saute
Add 1 cup diced carrot
And add 1 cup diced beetroot
Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Add 1 glass of water
Next, add 1/2 tbsp salt (as per taste)
Pressure cook for 2 whistles
Separate the cooked vegetables
Let them cool completely
Grind into a smooth paste
Collect beetroot water in a vessel
Add the beetroot paste to it
Mix everything well
Add 1/2 tbsp pepper powder and Mix everything well
Cook it and boil it for 2 minutes
Squeeze 1/2 lemon into it
Add 1 tbsp Coriander leaves and mix
Now Healthy Beetroot soup is ready.
