So that, we get good nutrition in every meal…Sometimes she used to prepare sprouts salad and sometimes as a curry…..In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe of Molake Kalu palya…

Molake Kalu Palya
Ingredients
- 1 bowl Sprouted green grams
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
- 1-2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
- Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
- Now, add 1 medium Chopped onion
- Saute it well
- Next, add 1 tbsp Green chili paste
- Saute it well and let it cook
- Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- And add 1 tbsp Salt,as per taste
- Mix everything well
- Now, add sprouted green grams
- Mix all the ingredients well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Mix in Between.
- Add 1 cup water and let the sprouts cook in water for some time
- Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes
- Finally, add some chopped coriander leaves
- Now, the yummy and healthy Molake Kalu palya is ready to savor
Instructions with Images
First, heat a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
Now, add 1 medium Chopped onion
Saute it well
Next, add 1 tbsp Green chili paste
Saute it well and let it cook
Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
And add 1 tbsp Salt
Mix everything well
Now, add sprouted green grams
Mix all the ingredients well
Add 1 cup water and let the sprouts cook in water for some time
Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes
Check if the sprouts are cooked well by smashing some sprouts using fingers.
Finally, add some chopped coriander leaves
Now, the yummy and healthy Molake Kalu palya is ready to savor.
