Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
Now, add 1 medium Chopped onion
Saute it well
Next, add 1 tbsp Green chili paste
Saute it well and let it cook
Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
And add 1 tbsp Salt,as per taste
Mix everything well
Now, add sprouted green grams
Mix all the ingredients well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Mix in Between.
Add 1 cup water and let the sprouts cook in water for some time
Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes
Finally, add some chopped coriander leaves
