Beans Fry
Ingredients
- 1 bowl Chopped Beans
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
- ½ tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp Freshly Grated coconut
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add 1 bowl chopped Beans
- Add 1 tbsp oil and start roasting
- Roast until the color of beans changes
- Once roasted well, take them out in a bowl
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
- Then add, 4-5 curry leaves
- Add 1 cup chopped onion
- Saute it well
- Now, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Add ½ tbsp Garam masala
- Next add 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
- Mix everything well
- Add ½ cup water and mix well
- Now, add roasted beans to the masala
- Mix everything well and let it cook
- Finally add 2 spoons of Freshly grated Coconut
- Mix everything well
- Now, the tasty Beans curry is ready

Step 1

Mix everything well and let it cook
Finally, add 2 spoons of Freshly grated Coconut
Mix everything well
Now, the tasty Beans curry is ready
