1 Banana stem
1/4 tbsp Salt
1/2 lemon
Water
Instructions
Peel off the external layers of the banana stem

Cut it into small and Transfer it into water to avoid blackening

Add the pieces into a jar

Add 1 cup of water and blend it well

Separate the juice using a strainer

Now, add 1/4 tbsp Salt

Squeeze 1/2 lemon into it

Mix everything well

Now, our healthy Banana stem. The juice is ready.
