Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are one of the healthiest and tastiest breakfast options I have ever had. I didn’t know about the benefits until I started my weight loss journey. Many health experts recommended to include oats in our day-to-day lives. In the initial days, I used to hate having oats for my breakfast. but, after trying this recipe I started loving oats. Oats are power-packed with high protein and fibers. It keeps us for a very long time and it has helped me to shed some kilos. Now, without any delay let’s get started.

Ingredients
2 tbsp of Chia seeds
4 tbsp Oats
1/2 cup of milk.
6-8 almond
2 dates
Honey(Optional)
Instructions with Images
In a bowl add 2 tbsp of Chia seeds
Add 4 tbsp Oats
Now add 1/2 cup of milk.
Next, add 6-8 almonds cut into pieces
Add 2 dates cut into small pieces as a sweetener… You can also add 1 tbsp honey as a sweetener
Mix everything well and keep it overnight
lastly, add 1/2 more cup of milk and mix everything well.
Keep it in the fridge
Now our healthy and tasty overnight oats are ready.
