Butter Garlic Mushroom Recipe
In today’s blog, I will share the Butter Garlic Mushrooms recipe. I was never really a fan of mushrooms until I tasted butter garlic served by one of my closest friends at a dinner get-together. Then, I instantly fell in love with it in the first bite. I learned this recipe from my friend. Since then I have tried it many times at home. Now, everyone at home loves it. So, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Ghee
1 small onion chopped into dice
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic pieces
200 grams of Mushrooms
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Chili flakes
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
Instructions with Images
In a pan add 3 tbsp Ghee
Add 1 small onion chopped into dice
Add 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic pieces and saute well
Now, add 200 grams of Mushrooms. Mix and Cook everything well until the Mushroom becomes soft
Next, add 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Add 1 tbsp Chili flakes and mix well
Lastly, add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves and mix everything well
Now, our tasty Garlic Mushroom is ready.
