Recipe of Veg Cutlet
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for veg cutlets. In this, the grated veggies are mixed with some sooji and masalas. Then shallow fried in very little oil. These are a kind of healthy version of Deep-fried pakodas. They are crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside. The flavors of veggies will just blow your mind. Whenever my baby Adhya doesn’t like to eat veggies, I just prepare these yummy cutlets. She just loves them. The golden brown color of the cutlets will attract your children to enjoy the cutlets. And the aroma just can not stop them from eating these cutlets. Let’s begin…

Recipe of Veg Cutlet
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle guard
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red chili [owder
- ½ tbsp Garam Masala
- ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- ½ tbsp Chaat masala
- ½ a lemon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 cup Sooji
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Peel off the skin of the Bottle guard and grate it into a bowl.
- Add 2 boiled Potatoes and mash them
- Add 1 tbsp Salt
- Next, add 1 tbsp Red chili [owder
- Add ½ tbsp Garam Masala
- Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- And add 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Then, add ½ tbsp Chaat masala
- Squeeze ½ a lemon into it
- Add 1 tbsp Sugar
- Add 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
- Next, add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- Add 1 cup Sooji
- Mix everything well without adding water
- Heat a pan on medium flame and add 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Now, take the cutlet batter into your Hands pat them into a disc shape and place them on pa
- Shallow fry them
- Once one side of the Cutlet turns into a Golden brown color flip it onto another side and fry.
- When the cutlet turns into golden brown color completely, Take them out
- Now the crispy and yummy veg cutlets are ready to savor.

Shallow fry them. Once one side of the Cutlet turns into Golden brown color flip it onto another side and fry.

Now the crispy and yummy veg cutlets are ready to savor.
Enjoy them with your favorite chutney or Tomato ketchup. The crispness of the cutlet from the outside will trigger your taste buds to savor these yummy cutlets. I just love them.
