Peel off the skin of the Bottle guard and grate it into a bowl.
Add 2 boiled Potatoes and mash them

Then, add ½ tbsp Chaat masala
Squeeze ½ a lemon into it
Add 1 tbsp Sugar
Add 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
Next, add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
Add 1 cup Sooji
Mix everything well without adding water
Heat a pan on medium flame and add 2-3 tbsp Oil
Now, take the cutlet batter into your Hands pat them into a disc shape and place them on pa
Shallow fry them
Once one side of the Cutlet turns into a Golden brown color flip it onto another side and fry.
