Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bottle guard
  • 2 boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red chili [owder
  • ½ tbsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Chaat masala
  • ½ a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel off the skin of the Bottle guard and grate it into a bowl.
  • Add 2 boiled Potatoes and mash them
  • Add 1 tbsp Salt
  • Next, add 1 tbsp Red chili [owder
  • Add ½ tbsp Garam Masala
  • Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • And add 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Then, add ½ tbsp Chaat masala
  • Squeeze ½ a lemon into it
  • Add 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Add 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
  • Next, add 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Add 1 cup Sooji
  • Mix everything well without adding water
  • Heat a pan on medium flame and add 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Now, take the cutlet batter into your Hands pat them into a disc shape and place them on pa
  • Shallow fry them
  • Once one side of the Cutlet turns into a Golden brown color flip it onto another side and fry.
  • When the cutlet turns into golden brown color completely, Take them out
  • Now the crispy and yummy veg cutlets are ready to savor.
