Take a pan and add 2 tbsp Ghee
Add 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
Next, add 4-5 curry leaves
Add 1 pinch Hing
Add 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
Now, add 1 cup boiled Moong dal into the tadka
Add little water to it
Give a good mix
Add 1 handful of Coriander leaves
Add 1 tbsp Salt
Mix everything well
Let it cook and bring it to a boil.
Now, the yummy Moong dal is ready to savor.
