Recipe for Chivda
Ingredients
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ cup Peanuts
- ½ cup Roasted Grams and saute
- 2 pinch of Hing
- 5-6 Slit Green chilis
- ¼ the cup of Dry coconut slices
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 bowl of Roasted Poha
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Take a big vessel and add 4-5 tbsp Oil
- Add 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Next, add ½ cup Peanuts and saute
- Add ½ cup Roasted Grams and saute
- Add 2 pinch of Hing
- Now, add 5-6 Slit Green chilis, according to your taste
- Next, add ¼ the cup of Dry coconut slices and saute
- Add 1 tbsp sesame seeds and saute
- Add 1 tbsp Salt
- Now, add 1 bowl of Roasted Poha
- Mix everything well
- Add 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Mix everything well
- Now, the crunchy and tasty Chivda is ready to savor.
