Paper Avalakki
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
- ½ cup peanuts
- 1 medium-sized chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Green chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
- ¼ the tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 handful of chopped Coriander leaves
- 2 cups of dry Poha
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp Oil
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- And add 4-5 curry leaves and let them splatter
- Next, add ½ cup peanuts and fry them
- Add 1 medium-sized chopped onion and saute
- Add 1 tbsp Green chili Paste and saute
- Now, add 1 tbsp Salt, as per taste, and saute
- Add ¼ the tbsp Turmeric powder and saute
- Mix everything well
- Now, add 1 handful of chopped Coriander leaves
- Mix everything well
- Turn off the gas and let it cool
- Now, add 2 cups of dry Poha
- Mix it with the masala base
- Now, the yummy and crunchy Dry Poha is ready to savor.

Turn off the gas and let it cool
Now, add 2 cups of dry Poha
Mix it with the masala base
Now, the yummy and crunchy Paper Avalakki or Dry Poha is ready to savor.
