Masala Makhana Recipe
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Masala makhana recipe. It is a very healthy as well as tasty snack option. My daughter absolutely loves carrying makhana chaat for her school lunch box. If you are on a Weightloss journey, do give this amazing chaat recipe a try for your snacks. Makhanas are rich in calcium and other micronutrients. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup of makhana
1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
1 small onion chopped into dice
1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
1tbsp chopped green chilli (optional)
1 tbsp salt according to taste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp chaat Masala
Mix everything well
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon into it
Instructions with Images
Ghee roast 1 cup of makhana in 1 tbsp ghee

Add the roasted makhanas into a mixing bowl

Now, add 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts

Add 1 small onion chopped into dice

Add 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Next, add 1tbsp chopped green chilli (optional)

Now, add 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes

Add 1 tbsp salt according to taste

Add 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Lastly, add 1/2 tbsp chaat Masala

Mix everything well

Squeeze 1/2 Lemon into it and once again mix everything well

Now, our healthy Makhana chaat is ready to savour.

You can prepare and pack it to the office or school for munching. If you don’t like ghee, you can simply dry roast it and enjoy it. It tastes heavenly either way.
