I know most of us, love to savor chicken in different forms. Chicken curry is one of my absolute favorites. We enjoy the chicken curry with rice and rotis. Follow the instructions as explained. How make chicken curry
Ingredients
- 500 gram Chicken Leg/Thigh
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 scoops of Curd
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Cardomom
- 4 cloves
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 sliced Onion
- ½ cup Grated coconut
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Marination
- Take Fresh and clean chicken pieces in a mixing bowl
- Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- ½ tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- add 1 spoon Salt
- Finally, add 3 scoops of curd and give a good mix.
- Let it marinate for 2 hours in a Refrigerator or in the open air.
- Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil
- Add 1 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, and 4 cloves
- Add 1 tbsp fennel seeds.
- Now add 1 cup sliced onion and saute
- Add ½ cup grated coconut and saute.
- Next, add chopped tomatoes and saute.
- Add 2 sliced green chilies and saute.
- Now add 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chicken masala, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, and 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
- Next, add ½ cup water and mix well
- Then, add Marinated chicken into the masala and mix well
- Add water as needed and mix it well.
- Close the lid and bring it to a boil.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes and mix again.
- Now the mouth-watering Chicken curry is ready to savor.

Marination
Take Fresh and clean chicken pieces in a mixing bowl

½ tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp chili powder
add 1 spoon Salt
Finally, add 3 scoops of curd and give a good mix.

Step 2
Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, and 4 cloves
Add 1 tbsp fennel seeds.
Now add 1 cup sliced onion and saute
Add ½ cup grated coconut and saute.
Next, add chopped tomatoes and saute.
Add 2 sliced green chilies and saute.
Now add 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chicken masala, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, and 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
Next, add ½ cup water
mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Then, add Marinated chicken into the masala and mix well
Add water as needed and mix it well.
Close the lid and bring it to a boil.
Open the lid after 5 minutes and mix again.
Now the mouth-watering Chicken curry is ready to savor.
