I learned this recipe from my mom-in-law. The Ingredients for this drink are very strong and highly nutritious. This drink helps you in reducing the symptoms of Cold, Caugh and also acts as a fat cutter drink. This drink helped me to burn fat from belly fat. I know you are excited to try this recipe. Ingredients
250 ml of water
2 inch of Cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
2 cloves
1 Cardamom
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Instructions with Images
In a vessel Add 250 ml of water
Add 2 inch of Cinnamon stick
Add 1 bay leaf
Next, add 1/2 tbsp Ajwain
Then, add 2 cloves
Add 1 Cardamom
Lastly, add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Boil everything until the water reduces to its half quantity
Turn off the Gas and let it cool for 1 minute
Strain it into a glass.
Now, our healthy Immunity booster drink is ready.
You can have it as it is. If you need a little extra taste, you can add lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey. Drink it sip by sip.
