Betageri Chutney
In this blog, I will share one very interesting and tasty recipe for Betageri Chutney. North Karnataka is famous for its delicious and interesting food. Having been born and brought up there, I was very lucky to learn and savor yummy dishes that I can enjoy for a lifetime. Puri is a very famous breakfast in India. Please savor puri along with curry, chutney, sambar, etc. In North Karnataka, we enjoy puri paired with Betageri Chutney. As its name suggests, the chutney originally comes from Betageri, which is a twin city of Gadag. It tastes so good not just with puri but also with chapati, paddu, dosa, etc. Its tangy and sweet taste makes it more lovable. If you try this recipe, you will never miss pairing it with Puri and paddu. So without any delay, let’s jump into the recipe.
