Moreover, it’s very healthy to consume a highly nutritious smoothie to give a boost of energy to your day. I just love the taste of it, especially the banana smoothie is my favorite. Ingredients
2 Banana(More ripen banana will be best)
5-6 Almonds
6-8 Dry Grapes
2 Tbsp Milk Powder/ 1 cup of Milk
1 cup Chilled Water
1 tbsp Honey
Instructions with Images
In a blender, Add 2 ripened bananas cut into pieces

Now, add 5-6 Almonds

Add 6-8 Dry Grapes

Add 2 Tbsp Milk Powder/ 1 cup of Milk. Adding milk powder helps in the thick texture of the smoothie

Now, add 1 tbsp of Honey

Lastly, add 1 cup of Chilled Water or you can also use ice cubes

Blend it into a thick creamy smoothie
