My mom used to prepare a Kesari bath, whenever she invites guests for dinner…Trust me, she makes the best Kesari bath …So, my husband insisted to learn the exact Kesari bath recipes from my mom…It is very easy to make and yummy to savor. In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Kesari bath, which I have learned from my mother…

Recipe for Kesari Bath
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- ½ cup Semolina or Bombay rava
- 1 pinch of food color. It is completely optional
- 1 & ½ cups of Water
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 4-5 slit Almonds or Cashews
Instructions
- Take a vessel and add 1 tbsp Ghee
- Now, add ½ cup Semolina or Bombay rava
- Roast it well, until the color of it changes
- Next, add 1 pinch of food color. It is completely optional
- Mix everything well and roast
- Now, gradually add 1 & ½ cups of Water
- You can adjust water according to the consistency of your wish.
- Mix continuously and let it cook
- The bubble starts to pop up when it is cooked well
- Mix it well once again
- Then, add ¼ cup Sugar
- Mix them well until sugar melts in it.
- In a small Tadka making pan, add 1 tbsp ghee
- Let the ghee melt
- Add 4-5 slit Almonds or Cashews
- Let them fry in ghee until the color changes to golden brown
- Now, transfer it into the Kesari bath
- Mix everything well
- Now, the super tasty Kesari bath is ready to savor.
