Mavinakayi Chitranna
Summer is here and the yummy Mangoes too. I am sure many of you are excited to try different Mango recipes this season. In my channel, I have shared so many mango recipes. Today, I will share one of the easiest and tastiest Mavinakayi chitranna recipes. This is my favourite Lunch box recipe and my daughters too. It can be prepared quickly without compromising on the taste. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe of Mavinakayi chitranna.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Oil
1 handful of Peanuts
2 tbsp Chana dal
1 tbsp Urad dal
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
6-8 Garlic cloves
6-8 Curry leaves
3-4 slit green chilies
1 big sliced Onion
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste )
1 cup grated Raw mango
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 cup of Cooked rice
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions with Images
Add 2 tbsp Oil and heat it

Add 2 tbsp Ghee

Next, add 1 handful of Peanuts

Add 2 tbsp Chana dal and saute

Add 1 tbsp Urad dal and saute

Next, add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds and 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds

Add 6-8 Garlic cloves

And add 6-8 Curry leaves and 3-4 slit green chilies and saute

Now, add 1 big sliced Onion and saute

Add 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste )

After that, 1 cup grated Raw mango

Mix and cook it well

Add 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder and mix

Close the lid and cook it for 2 min on low flame

Now, add 2 cups of Cooked rice

Mix everything well

Add 1 tbsp Coriander leaves and mix everything well

Close the lid and let it set before serving

Now, your tasty Mavinakayi chitranna is ready.
