Sajjaka is prepared using Sooji and Jaggery...It gives strength to work and helps in healing colds and coughs...It is very fulfilling and tasty.

- 2 teacups of Water
- Add 1 tbsp Ghee
- ½ teacups of Jaggery
- ½ inch of Ginger
- 1 teacup of Sooji
Take a vessel and add 2 teacups of Water
Add 1 tbsp Ghee
Mix everything well and bring it to boil
Now, add 1/2 teacups of Jaggery
Mix everything well
Grate a half-inch of Ginger into the water and mix well
Then, gradually add 1 teacup of Roasted Sooji into it and mix continuously.
Bring it to boil
Mix it again
Now, the yummy and healthy Sajjaka is ready.
