Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams of Sabudana
  • ¼ th cup of water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 3-4 Green chilies
  • Handful of peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped Onions
  • 1 cup boiled and diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Peanut powder

Instructions
 

  • Take 150 grams of Sabudana and wash them 3 times
  • Now add ¼ th cup of water and cover it and soak it for 5 hours
  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
  • Now, add a few curry leaves
  • Add 3-4 Green chilies and saute
  • Then, add handful of peanuts and saute
  • Add 1 cup chopped Onions and Saute.
  • Now add 1 cup boiled and diced potatoes and saute well
  • Add 1 tbsp salt and mix it
  • Add 2 tbsp Peanut powder and mix well
  • Next, add soaked Sabudana to it
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Sprinkle some water and mix again.
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on sim.
  • After 5 minutes, the color of sabudana will change
  • Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves
  • Now the yummy, Sabudana khichdi is ready to savor.
