Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2-3 slit Green chilis
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and 2 tbsp Oil
  • Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter
  • Next, add 2-3 slit Green chilis, according to your wish.
  • Add 1 small chopped onion and saute well
  • Now, add 3 eggs
  • Mix everything well until it becomes an egg burgee.
  • Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and mix until raw smell reduces.
  • Now, add 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • Mix it well with egg masala
  • Then, add 1 tbsp Salt, as per taste, and mix well
  • Next, add 2 tbsp Soya sauce and 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Mix everything well
  • Finally, add chopped Coriander leaves
  • Now, the tastiest Egg rice is ready to savor.
