Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1 cup grated Cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced Onion
  • 3-4 Chopped green chilis
  • ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp Oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • Add  ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • And add 4-5 Curry leaves and let them splatter
  • Now, add 1 cup grated Cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced Onion
  • And 3-4 Chopped green chilis
  • Saute everything well
  • Next, add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tbsp Salt, according to the taste
  • Mix everything well
  • Now, add 1 bowl of cooked rice. You can also add leftover rice
  • Mix everything well
  • Squeeze half lemon into it and mix.
  • Finally, garnish it with 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • Now, the tasty Cabbage rice is ready.
