Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup sliced Onion
Add 1 tbsp Salt and mix.
Add 2 tbsp Red Chili powder
Next, add ¼ tbsp Garam Masala
Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
Add 1 tbsp Coriander powder
Then, add 1 Handful of Coriander leaves
Add 1 cup of Besan flour
Add 2 tbsp Rice flour
Mix everything well using your hands without adding water
Add 1 pinch of Baking soda
Mix well into a pakoda batter. Add some water only if needed.
Keep the oil for heating. Do a sample test, to check if the oil is ready for frying.
Add small balls of pakoda batter into the oil and fry until golden brown.
Once the pakoras turn golden brown, take them out of the oil
Now the Crispy Onion Pakoda is ready to savor.
