In a mixing vessel add 1 glass of Jowar flour
Add 1 glass of Wheat flour
Next, add 2 tbsp Besan flour
Add ½ glass Rice flour
Then, 2 tbsp Urad dal flour
Add 1 spoon of Carom seeds
Now, add ½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Cumin seeds
Mix everything well by adding water into a dough
Close the lid and rest it for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Next, in a jar add 1 handful of Coriander leaves
Add 1 inch Ginger
Add 4-5 Green chilies
And add 1 small sliced onion
Then, add ½ tbsp salt
And add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and grind them into a smooth paste
Now, add this paste to the dough
Mix everything well
Keep the Oil for heating in a pan
Apply some water to the palm and take a small size dough and start making a vada by patting it.
Slowly, add the vada into oil
Fry it well
Once fried on one side, flip it and fry on the other side
If the vada changes the color to a light golden brown then, It is completely fried
