How to make Churmuri

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Chopped Tomato

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp oil
  • Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds and ½ tbsp cumin seeds and let it splatter
  • Now add, 1 cup chopped onion
  • Add 3-4 chopped green chilis
  • And Saute well.
  • Next, add 1 medium Chopped tomato and saute
  • Add ½ cup roasted peanut and saute.
  • Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • And add salt as per taste and saute well.
  • Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
  • Now add 2 bowls of puffed rice into the base and mix well.
