Instructions
Heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp oil
Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds and ½ tbsp cumin seeds and let it splatter
Now add, 1 cup chopped onion
Add 3-4 chopped green chilis
And Saute well.
Next, add 1 medium Chopped tomato and saute
Add ½ cup roasted peanut and saute.
Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
And add salt as per taste and saute well.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Now add 2 bowls of puffed rice into the base and mix well.
