Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Onion
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ tbsp Red chili Powder
  • ½ tbsp salt As per taste
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a chopper and add 1 roughly chopped onion, some coriander leaves, and Some green chilies as per requirement and close the lid and chop them into small pieces.
  • Remove the blade from the chopper and add 1 small tbsp Salt(As per taste)
  • Add ½ tbsp red chili powder and mix everything well.
  • Now add 4 eggs to it and beat well using a whisk or a fork.
  • Heat a Tawa and add butter to it and spread.
  • Now pour the egg mixture onto the Tawa
  • Dip the bread slices on both sides into an omelet and place them on the omelet
  • When one side of the omelet is cooked well flip it over onto another side
  • Now add some mozzarella cheese to one side of the omelet. You can any cheese of your wish.
  • Now start folding the omelet as shown in the picture.
  • Roast all sides of the sandwich as shown in images using two spatulas
  • Once all sides of the Omelet sandwich are roasted well take it out and add it to the serving plate.
  • You can see the cheese is completely melted and in a perfect texture.
  • Now, the yummy Bread Omelet Sandwich is ready to savor.
