In a bowl Add 1/2 cup of Grated carrot
Add 1 small onion chopped into small pieces
Add 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Then, add 1 and 1/2 cup of Rice flour
Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Next, add 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
Now, add warm water and mix it gradually
Add water until it reaches the consistency as shown in the imageleave it for 10 minutes.
Now, take a ball sized doughSpread it evenly on butter paper greased with some oil
Next, transefer it onto a hot tawa truning the butter paper upside down
Add some oil Close the lid for 2 minutes
Once one side of roti is cooked well Turn it onto another side
