Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of Grated carrot
  • 1 small onion chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup of Avarekalu
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl Add 1/2 cup of Grated carrot
  • Add 1 small onion chopped into small pieces
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • Next, add 2 tbsp chopped curry leaves
  • Add 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies
  • add 1/2 cup of Avarekalu
  • Then, add 1 and 1/2 cup of Rice flour
  • Add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • Next, add 1 tbsp Salt as per taste
  • Now, add warm water and mix it gradually
  • Add water until it reaches the consistency as shown in the imageleave it for 10 minutes.
  • Now, take a ball sized doughSpread it evenly on butter paper greased with some oil
  • Next, transefer it onto a hot tawa truning the butter paper upside down
  • Add some oil Close the lid for 2 minutes
  • Once one side of roti is cooked well Turn it onto another side
  • Roast it on both sides wellNow, your tasty and healthy Avarekalu Akki rotti is ready.
